Like clockwork
Late night
Warm night
Gazing at the stars, I ponder
My mind wanders.......
How finely tuned this Universe is.
Why am I here? Why am I here at this precise moment?
Recognizing life's beauty.
I am consumed
Within myself.
I surround myself

What it takes to be HAPPY! :)
Being happy is easy. You merely have to allow yourself to be. If you're unhappy, it's an easy fix. Thankfully, only one person in this world can make you truly happy and that is yourself.
Start by eliminating your limitations. What is keeping you from being happy? Whatever it is, find a way to change it or get rid of it all together. Surround yourself with genuine, happy people. Now, that doesn't mean going out and searching for 20 new friends. Keep the friends you have. A few good ones will make this process all the more worthwhile.
Smile at yourself in the mirror everyday. Remind yourself that you are beautiful and that you are a good person. Remind yourself that no matter what adversities the day brings, that you will continue to be happy and that you will stay positive.
Don't allow yourself, at any point, to engage in negative self-talk. This only damages and critiques yourself in such a way that is harmful. Do things that make you happy. If you only have one or two things, don't feel like you have to have a laundry list. One or two things is normal. But, do them, nonetheless and engage in your happy activities with people who enjoy those things as well! You will be amazed at the amount of love and positive energy that swirls about when you have a room full of truly happy people.
And, if you're feeling like you need someone, remember you are never alone. Plenty of people are struggling as well. You are your best resource, but I too am here for you. Any time. Any place.
