In light of Independence Day, what does it mean to truly be free? Sometimes we think we have it all figured out, but then when we take a step back our perspective shifts. The dictionary provides a whole host of definitions, but I'm choosing to define freedom as "not subject to the control or domination of another." This is what it means to truly be free. 

Do not let anyone oppress you. You actively choose. However, keep in mind the common good of everyone. Do not become arrogant with your choices because then, this takes away the freedom of another.

Do not allow yourself to be chained by your own insecurities. Do not become preoccupied with the daily senselessness and illogicalness of surrounding imbeciles. Live and let go. Be free.

You are y o u. Wonderful. Pure. Radiant. Resonant. Beautiful.
