You are worthy

You might have noticed your "productivity" taking a back seat lately. By productivity I mean creative juices, financial upward motion and inspiring moments. Realizing this, I encourage you to take a look at what is presenting itself before you. Maybe it is reflection or contemplation? Maybe it is relaxation and solitude. These too are productive.

Many of us feel that to be of worth, we need to be busy. But, busy doesn't necessarily mean healthy either! Balance is needed in every situation. Take this time to breathe deeply and find your inner peace. Honor yourself in each moment.

You are beautiful. You are radiant. And, you are strong. Most of all, you are worthy of everything you desire. <3

Not Everyone is Going to Like You

Not everyone is going to like you and they don't need to. But that doesn't really matter anyway. Do you like you?

We are taught to try to fit in. We are taught to "play nice so the other kids will play with you." There's a difference between being nice and down right not being yourself for others. And I think that's where so many of us find ourselves after years of indoctrination. We lose ourselves in the social battle of wanting to be liked and wanting to belong.

I want you to know that you are perfect as you are with all of your perceived flaws. You belong. You incarnated here for a divine reason, with all of your special gifts. That divine reason is that this world needs you. It needs you to be you because there is not another you out there. If each one of us stepped out of the dilution known as inauthenticity and into the wholeness of our higher selves, imagine the beauty and love that would permeate this world.

If you take away anything from this post, realize that you are a unique, divine being. All of your dreams can come true, but it starts with your own acceptance. <3

What Happens When the Money Paradigm Falls?

Here is a thought that kept coming to me during the last few weeks over and over again, "What happens when the money paradigm falls?" I knew my guides were talking to me. But, I really didn't have an answer for them and kept brushing it off. At some point, I would have to come to a screeching halt and I did. Finally, I stopped and asked myself, "Vanessa, what happens when the money paradigm falls?" My first response was, "Well, I have no idea." But as I allowed the question to permeate my body, my entire consciousness answered for me. The answer that came through me was, "Well, money wouldn't matter anymore." Shit, money wouldn't matter. This led me to thinking about how many of us are intrinsically motivated by money alone because having money in the bank and a big paycheck is how our society deems us successful. It is how society places value upon us. But, what would happen if money didn't exist? And, what is money anyway?

Money is energy. It is a means for exchange. We have all collectively decided to put a value upon a paper dollar or a metal coin. It is a means for creating value. What would happen to your work if money were no longer involved? What are you working for or rather, what are you working towards? Many careers are built upon "getting a raise" or "being promoted." What does that mean to you and does it hold any value for you? What if abundance meant being able to come home and spend time in your garden while you listened to your children playing in the sprinklers? Or maybe abundance means opening that bakery you've always wanted because your grandma taught you all the secret family recipes and you loved the time you spend with her? What I am asking you to do here is really take a look inside yourself and ask yourself, "What do I value?"

This is not a post predicting the future. This is not a post telling you if or when the money paradigm will fall. It is a post to allow you to open yourself up to your inner being. What do you truly want from life? What do you want to learn? What feels good to you?

And I want you to do just that. I want you to do what feels good to you because following your bliss is what matters, I promise you. When we are in alignment with our true selves, we are in our bliss. And, I guarantee that as you are in your bliss you will be serving a divine purpose and that purpose will serve you. But the moment you are intrinsically motivated by money alone, you are losing the essence of you. Why limit yourself to a number? The concept of infinity was created for a divine reason. Allow yourself to access your infinite being. Be in your bliss and allow it to serve you with integrity.
