 Love is the key and my soul is the lock. Within my soul I have everything I could ever need and want.

Now, I am a sailor. Riding the choppy waves of strife and stress. Bearing through the cold and the rain, the violent winds. The storm dies down, the sun regains its confidence and I am sailing the calm waters of content and happiness. It is warm and radiant here. Sparkling with pure joy. The ocean. What an expansive animal with its dark, green-blue depths, its secrets. Unconsciousness. Only to be navigated by the masters of the sea. I am a mermaid. Gorgeous and fearless. Wild and free. Skilled in  these waters.  My reflection shimmers back at me with the glow of the moon as she whispers words of insight. I am in my element. The sea is mother. The moon is mother. Divine feminine. 

Happy Anniversary to You

We are repeating patterns of the Universe. We have lived this life already. And our love is timeless. I knew that the day I met you. After knowing you for a few months there was an undeniable, rare and familiar chemistry between us. That knowing explains my desire to be with you for the rest of my life.I'm not crazy or irrational. I know you. I know you because we've been lovers, friends, soul mates for many incarnations. Essentially, we are picking up where we left off in another life.  And there is no logical explanation for this. This is true love. 

Dear Matthew

I believe everyone in their life will experience this at some point...That undying love. That love that makes your heart swell when you see that person. That love that makes you feel at home just thinking about them even when you could be a 1.000 miles away. It doesn't matter where we've been or where we're going, but I know that I love you. I could be poor and living out of a box in the pouring rain and as long as you were by my side I would feel ecstatic. 

You feel like sweet rain on a summer day and you sound like the warm acoustics of a timeless song. You are my one and only, you are my soul mate, my partner in crime, my fellow teammate, my support system, my therapist, my coach, my teacher. You are everything to me. Changing job locations was the best decision I ever made in my entire life. I am so happy that I met you. I can't thank you enough for changing my life. And I love you most dearly my angel, Matthew Kevin Hartshorn.

Enlightenment on Romantic Relationships

This is a topic that I have yet to discuss and it is long overdue...

Many of us approach romantic relationships with the intention of "finding the one" rather than allowing ourselves to recognize our significant other when they come into our lives. Let's think for just a moment about friendships: How many times do you think you've missed out on making a valuable, long-lasting friendship simply because you were unaware? Probably more than you think. And it is most likely the same for romantic relationships. 

Now, another factor to consider is the idea that society puts unrealistic expectations for relationships into our minds. They portray relationships as being "unicorns and rainbows." Which, maybe for the first 6 months to a year, that is how it feels. But after reality sets in, that is simply not the truth. Each relationship will have its challenges. You have your own and so does your partner. Together you bring a dynamic to the table that no two other people will. And that is okay. This is all perfectly normal. In many cases when challenges present themselves, we (the collective) try to impose our logic upon situations to "solve the problem" when in actuality, how is that you can "solve" an irrational force with rational thinking? You simply can't. It's like trying to put gas in a car that is solar powered. Different systems take different solutions.

Love is about being. Love is about surrendering your ego for the greater good of your relationship. And when issues arise in your love life, you can take as much action as you want, but in the end you usually end up just having to ride out wave and be with it.

Embracing the Shift

Oh I am totally opening up to the tranformational shift that is happening right now. The Sun went direct, highlighting our relationships. Purifying them and expressing their truth. I am thoroughly enjoying it. It feels so cleansing and rejuvenating. Much like rain in a desert. Some of the things popping up are uncomfortable but just being with them is healing. Growth doesn't come from resistance, it comes from embracing change. Ahh. Feeling so refreshed right now. May the Universe and its highest vibrations be with you.

Rain Vibrations

I'm so in love with the beauty of this world. It is so magical. It's raining again here in Las Vegas and I couldn't be happier. Mmm. Glowing from the inside out. If you can, take a moment to step outside in whatever city, whatever country you are in and just experience nature for all that it is. For just a moment.
