I'm sitting outside taking it all in. Breeze, birds, bees, bus, blue sky, people. Everything seems so irrelevant to these people walking by, passing each other, all wired up, plugged in, dialed out...of society. No "Good Morning," no smile, no warmth.
What if that beautiful girl that passed you by was your soul mate? What if you missed out on an opportunity to make a friend? Or better yet, be a friend? Maybe you looked at that man this morning and felt a connection, some good vibe, but you didn't even act upon that? No "Good Morning," no smile, no warmth.
How is it that genuine human connection has been so vastly diluted?
