The concept of Time
The continuum of time is so fascinating to me. I found myself in two anxiety producing situations this week. Both of them in which I was able to mentally coach myself out of the anxiety because of the concept of time. Time waits for no one, it keeps going regardless of what is happening around you. For example: if there is a certain event happening at a given time and it produces anxiety it is important to note that that event is not the end of time nor is it the end of your life. There is an "after the fact" event that must happen. So in short, just as the anxiety producing event will pass in time so too will the anxiety itself. Therefore showing that all pain and discomfort are only temporary.
